Our purpose
We enable institutions to draw on the insight, influence and networks of their honorary doctors, and we give our Fellows meaningful opportunities to connect, collaborate and contribute, so that distinction becomes a catalyst for purpose and lasting impact.

The founder
Dr Andy Campbell D.Univ FSHD, Founder
Andy is an entrepreneurial leader with a record of founding and scaling ventures, having secured over £40m in contracts and £2m in venture capital. He works across strategy, governance, financial planning and stakeholder engagement in the private, public, academic and charitable sectors.
He is Chief Executive of Space Network, an international organisation advancing the commercialisation of the global space sector. He is a trustee on the board of Young Enterprise UK and previously chaired Young Enterprise Scotland. He champions STEM education and youth empowerment, and has established two charities supporting entrepreneurs and community regeneration.
In 2019 Andy received his honorary doctorate from the University of the West of Scotland, awarded to people of high distinction who have earned national or international recognition in education, industry, public service, sport, culture or the arts.
